The balcony had a lovely view of the city at night. The kitchen equipment was excellent and easy to use. Miguel was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know.

I recently stayed at El Mirador Altos De Santa Ana for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel felt like a cozy home filled with personal memorabilia from the owner's travels, making it unique and original. The location couldn't be more central, with no noise from the streets except for the pleasant sound of church clocks. The highlight was definitely the terrace, offering a great view over the mezquita. Additionally, the host was fabulous, providing clear directions, meeting us promptly, and ensuring the apartment was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. a 5-star experience.

The apartment had a separate bedroom, which was great for privacy. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area made it easy to cook and enjoy meals.- The free WiFi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected.- The mountain and city views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking.- The air conditioning kept the room cool, even on hot days.

Personally, I found the toaster in the apartment to be a bit outdated.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was great, with efficient air conditioning and a tasteful decor. The location was perfect, with all the attractions within walking distance, and the staff, especially Miguel, were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

Although our stay was fantastic, we did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences. Finding our way to and from the nearest car park was quite challenging, and not for the faint-hearted.
